Treebo Ivory House Hotel - Nagpur

Staff co-operative, late night check-in, kept my bag, allocated room on request, comfortable bed, clean linen.

Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

The hotel was conveniently located in close proximity to the airport and major tourist attractions. the inclusive breakfast buffet was a great way to start the day. The room was also quite spacious and comfortable with modern amenities.

The service was subpar with staff coming across as disinterested and unresponsive. In-room amenities such as tea, coffee, milk and sugar sachets were missing, which was a letdown.

The room and washroom were clean, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. the hotel was situated in a central location, which made it convenient to explore the city's sights on foot. the breakfast and dinner provided were tasty.

Several things about the hotel experience left much to be desired. the room service was slow and not dependable.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, close to the airport. The staff was helpful and well-behaved, especially Atul and Visaka. The room and washroom were very clean and tidy. they allowed me to store my luggage in the hotel after check-out and gave me a room to freshen up before my evening flight.

the value for money was excellent, with affordable pricing for a room that had all the necessary amenities. Secondly, the staff were incredibly cooperative and went out of their way to assist me, even allowing me to freshen up in a room after my check-out. Lastly, the location was perfect for both business travelers and tourists, being close to the airport and easily accessible.
